Beneficiaries and applicants who wish to change the phone number they provided to SASSA will have to call the SASSA toll-free call centre at 0800 60 10 11.
How to Change Mobile Number For SASSA SRD Grant Via Email
An alternative way that applicants can change their phone number is by sending an email to SASSA. Applicants can request for their number to be updated on the system by sending an email to [email protected]
Applicants can also visit the SASSA website for more information at https://srd.sassa.gov.za.
SASSA has started the process of paying successful applicants who applied for the R350 grant. However, not all applicants will recieve their payments at the same time.
SASSA has urged those waiting for payments to be patient while it processes the remaining applications.
