As an Account Manager, applicant will be responsible for planning coordinating, and administering market research projects. Managing account activities, and partnering across departments to ensure efficient and quality deliverables based on SLAs. Project design, processing, and implementation. Designing and assessing questionnaires. This position is key in using the best research design and translating data into insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis
- Data consolidation and presentation with recommendations
- Translate data into insights that address key client business questions and ability to operationalize research techniques that deliver rich and deep insights into our customers
- Develop and implement appropriate reporting, tracking, and analysis methods
- Knowledge and understanding of core statistical techniques, metrics, and approaches used in experience management measurement programmes and research

- Ensure sound relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

- Monitor the progress of the survey

Requirements:
- 3-year degree- preferably in Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Science
