How to Reinstate Your R350 Grant Application
Follow the steps listed below to reinstate your R350 SRD grant
Step 1: Visit the SASSA R350 grant website – https://srd.sassa.gov.za
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the homepage until you reach the tab that says “Reinstate my canceled application” Check the screenshot below.
Step 3: Enter your personal details – ID number and mobile number – and select the “send pin” option.
Step 4: You will receive an SMS with a One Time Pin (OTP) number.
Step 5: Enter the OTP on the site and click verify.
Step 6: You need to provide a reason to reinstate the grant. The options include: “Cancelled in error”; “No longer have income”; “Other.”
Step 7: A message prompt will ask if you are sure you would like to reinstate the grant, to continue with the application click “Yes”
