What does the Funza Lushaka Bursary covers?

Expenses covered may include:

1. Tuition fees
2. Accommodation including meals
3. Books and learning materials
4. If possible a small allowance for monthly living expenses.

The allocation to any individual student is capped at a specific value. Where the HEI charges more than the capped value the bursars will have to top up from their own funds. Applicants are therefore encouraged to apply at HEIs with the most affordable rates.
