Aug Approved was the application status for beneficiaries who were approved for the SASSA Grant as of August 2021.

While SASSA R350 Approve status means that your SRD grant application is successful and you will be paid by SASSA.

  1. I have been applying for the R350 relief grant since last year. Got only paid for October last year. On checking I see January was approved. Again I went to the Alberton post office today. I was turned back and told to reapply

  2. I’ve been approved since September last year. But no payments have been made. I did update my bank details. And still nothing. I’ve tried to phone helpline but that keeps on saying ‘it’s not available at this moment ‘ is there any other way to find out what’s going on?

  3. I’m approved since August 2021 and not a payment yet…now 8 months are approved..still nothing…
    Waiting but it’s frustrating.
