What does Approved mean on SASSA R350 Status?
If your grant status says ‘Approved’, it means that your SRD grant application is successful and you will be paid by SASSA.
Difference between Aug Approved Status and Approved Status
The Aug Approved and Approved SASSA R350 Status are two different things and this is it:
Aug Approved was the application status for beneficiaries who were approved for the SASSA Grant as of August 2021.
While SASSA R350 Approve status means that your SRD grant application is successful and you will be paid by SASSA.

Step 3: Click on ‘Click here to check online‘

The South African Post Office said that welcomed this as it would shorten the queues at the Post office and limit the spread of Covid-19. The post office does not distribute the R350 SRD grant on dates when other grants are being distributed.
I have been applying for the R350 relief grant since last year. Got only paid for October last year. On checking I see January was approved. Again I went to the Alberton post office today. I was turned back and told to reapply
